I have an Oracle schema in which, at some point in the past ("the event"), all of the procedural code objects in the database have been re-created with quoted identifiers. All of the objects are created from source control, where each object is in its own file, and the deployment mechanism for changes hasn't changed. If I deploy a change now, it is created without quoted identifiers and all of the objects that have been changed since "the event" have been created properly without quoted identifiers. What might have caused this to happen?
