I'm putting together a diskless Oracle database SLES image.

What will need to be kept stateful?

For example, what filesystems need to persist? Right now, the easy ones I know of are /home, /perf (Perfstat) and /u01 for Oracle. Are there other config files, log files or binaries that reside in other places that we will need to be preserved? I believe there is some logging that takes place in /etc/oracle as well.
