I want to make the mirror application of Invoicera .For that I need the database.Can someone tell me what should be the database like.I want to make that application in php so the database will be in MySQL.Any suggestion and advice to this direction will be appreciable.

This is a very vague question. Do you need to create a clone of the Invoicera site? And creating it in PHP does not necessarily mean you should use MySQL. There are other options, like PostgreSQL (if you need something free, as in beer).
