I'm looking at the results of SHOW STATUS, as interpreted by mysqlreport, on my amazon RDS server that's being used to store an installation of Joomla. Should I be concerned by either of the following:

Com_ 18.73M 1.6/s 13.63
  set_option 9.25M 0.8/s 6.73
  admin_comma 6.12M 0.5/s 4.46

i.e. A lot of questions using SET (maybe SET names UTF8?) and whatever 'admin_comma' relates to

__ SELECT and Sort _____________________________________________________
Scan 30.81M 2.6/s %SELECT: 28.93

This is the one I'm really concerned about - this appears to be indicating an awful lot of queries resulting in full table scans.

Could these kind of results be the cause of problems with connections maxing out under relatively low load?
