can any one try solve my problem here i am facing a problem Failed to retrieve data when i enter into login of server side

they mentioned the
Step 3: You will see a panel will open at the right hand side,
Step 4: Right click on the header part of that panel, and unselect all option, as shown in the image,
but i didnt found any panel when i pressed f7 i found object explore detail only butt i didnt found step4 list of list box in my pc
but i didnt found listpanel in my pc at the right hand side set of list box in step4 image in the link
