We're planning to upgrade our enterprise database to 11g.

We have a number of web applications using it via Weblogic and Hibernate 3.6.5, and both of those support 11g.

There are a number of direct SQL queries in section of our (Java) code. What kind of things do we need to look for in those with regards to the upgrade? If you have experience with a similar scenario could you please share any tricks and gotchas you may have found.
