You should be able copy the MDF to the other machine and attach it.
Step 1: Copy your file from PC-1 to PC-2 and put the file in the following folder (or where ever you installed the SQL Server data files):
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\
EXEC sp_attach_single_file_db @dbname='HotelProject',
@physname=N'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\HotelProject.mdf'
@dbname is the database name that you want to attach the file to.
@phyname is the path + filename where the MDF file is stored on the hard drive.
N' make the literal string NVARCHAR instead of VARCHAR.
Use import/export when you only want part of the database, like a particular group of related tables. I don't normally use this to export to a flat file, but here is a good example on how to do it.
