The job was invoked by schedule 16 (WIN7DB01 UserDB Backups.Subplan_1). The last step to run was step 1 (Subplan_1). I could not understand what is the cause of this. Please help me.

yeah I got the solution.Its due to the low disk space. I got it from the maintanence log file.
