I have an access query that looks like

TRANSFORM Avg([Detailed Measures - EP].[Calculated Percentage Value]) AS [AvgOfCalculated Percentage Value]
SELECT [Detailed Measures - EP].NPI, [Detailed Measures - EP].[Business State/Territory], [Specialty Group].[SPECIALTY GROUP]
FROM [Detailed Measures - EP]
INNER JOIN [Specialty Group] ON [Detailed Measures - EP].Specialty = [Specialty Group].SPECIALTY
WHERE ((([Detailed Measures - EP].[Objective Identifier/Title]) Not Like "NQF*")
    AND (([Detailed Measures - EP].[Attestation Status])<>"Rejected"))
GROUP BY [Detailed Measures - EP].NPI, [Detailed Measures - EP].[Business State/Territory], [Specialty Group].[SPECIALTY GROUP]
PIVOT [Detailed Measures - EP].[Objective Identifier/Title];

I would like to convert it to SQL Server Query/View. Please advise
