I wanted to learn a little bit more about Access in order to create a sales/inventory analisys tool to use at work. Now I came across this beautiful template on microsoft office's official website: HERE. This is excactly what I need to do myself, so I figured that if I could find a tutorial that explains step-by-step how to create such a file I'd be pretty much set.
I'd like to know exactly how and why the data was structured that way and how each form each report and each mask was made. Yes, I could simply take the file as it is and customise it to better suit my needs, but since I'm at it, I thought it would be nice if I could actually learn something in the process by having a real hands-on experience.
I know the Northwind Traders sample has been around for quite a while, so there's plenty of tutorials explaining the data stucture, but I couldn't really find anything about this specific template.
Hope you guys can help! Thanks a bunch :)
