My server tempDB size was around 26 GB, I tried to change the path for this by using below script.

USE master
GO
ALTER DATABASE TempDB MODIFY FILE
(NAME = tempdev, FILENAME = 'D:\database30.3.2013\:datatempdb.mdf')
GO
ALTER DATABASE TempDB MODIFY FILE
(NAME = templog, FILENAME = 'D:\database30.3.2013\:datatemplog.ldf')
GO

After doing this I am not able to open my SQL Server Management Studio. And not able to start SQL Server Services either.

Can anybody suggest on this?

Error Logs for the same from Event Viewer Logs.
