I have created 3 folders by using FileTable.

One of the folders has ~392 GB data (with heavy data read/write) and it is not showing up sometimes. I need to restart to SQL Server to make it appear in explorer again.

I don't see any issues with other folders that are under less load.

Do you mean File Explorer in Windows, Object Explorer in Management Studio, or both? Also, are the other folders also significantly smaller? Just trying to narrow down whether the size is the issue, or the activity... –  Aaron Bertrand Jun 8 '13 at 21:02
