I have one sql from ip 199.168.***.*** working as Publication and another server 64.37.**.**. working as Subscription. The local Subscriptions of 199.168.***.*** is working fine but the external access from 64.37.**.** cant load file.

How can I add a login for 64.37.**.** server to have read/write permission to 199.168.***.*** server ?

Does the SQL Server service account (windows account) have access to that path ? During the setup of Distribution, replace C:\ with the \\servername\directory(shared folder) and see if that helps you or not. Since this is a remote subscriber, your snapshot folder needs to be a UNC path/share . Refer to – Kin Jun 26 '13 at 21:17

OS error 3 means path not found. You must specify a UNC network share such as \\computername\snapshot rather than a local path when using pull subscriptions and/or a remote Distributor. This is covered in Secure the Snapshot Folder. I have also covered this in a blog post found here:

Also, ensure your replication agent process account has read permissions on the snapshot share. This can be done by right-clicking on the snapshot folder -> Properties, and adding the user on the Security tab with Read permissions.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Thanks, Now I get a new one step due to OS error 1326, I am searching about Active Directory, can I get one easier way? @Brandon Williams – Lucas Rodrigues Sena Jun 27 '13 at 16:17
OS error 1326 is Logon failure: unknown username or bad password. You will need to verify your username and password for the replication agent process account(s) is correct. – Brandon Williams Jun 27 '13 at 17:02
I inputed the DOMAIN/administrator of Publication server on Subscription Agent proceess account. This right? – Lucas Rodrigues Sena Jun 27 '13 at 19:43
I dont know certainly why, but I just changed to Run all agents at the Distributor, and now all working fine, thanks!@Brandon Williams – Lucas Rodrigues Sena Jun 27 '13 at 20:34
