The error you pasted just shows that the SQL Server couldn't start because some dependent resource such as a name, network address, or disk failed. Can you run cluadmin.msc and see what resource failed to come online? Are there any relevant errors in the application and system logs in Event Viewer? Does the cluster configuration pass validation? – James Lupolt Jul 12 '13 at 12:39

maybe it is too late to help with the error but i bring the solution. This error is related with you don't have permissions in DAC to create "SQL Network Name" to solved check this link --> http://blogs.msdn.com/b/psssql/archive/2013/09/30/error-during-installation-of-an-sql-server-failover-cluster-instance.aspx
