I am currently on a Ubuntu machine (IP is 192.168.1.3) I have databases here I want to export all these databases to another machine in my network

I used following command

mysqldump --all-databases -u root -p my_passwd | ssh hp@192.168.1.7 /usr/bin/mysql -u root -p passwd
hp@192.168.1.7's password:
Enter password: ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

What is the error in above way?

You need to remove the space after -p or change to the more intuitive --password=the_password in both places where you used -p. –  Michael - sqlbot Oct 20 '13 at 23:07
