As an Admin I would like to see the list of queries executed by a particular user?

How can I configure DB to keep track of all the queries executed and how can I see them?

I am using Oracle 10g.

enable auditing, which is not default enabled on 10g. docs.oracle.com/cd/B19306_01/network.102/b14266/… –  Munchi Dec 6 '13 at 9:34
