Have a look at Change Tracking and Change Data Capture. –  Jon Seigel Feb 25 at 19:29

Table -> Olap You need to identify the rows in Table that don't exist in Olap. Are you only looking for rows that don't exist in Olap or do you need to factor in whether the value has changed in Table and that's not reflected in Olap. If someone changed a value in Olap, you have a conflict - now what? What about a deleted row from Table that exists in Olap, does the solution need to factor this into the equation? What version of SQL Server are your source and destination. What are the data volumes and expected delta volumes? –  billinkc Feb 26 at 16:23
