Database Administrators Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for database professionals who wish to improve their database skills and learn from others in the community. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have a data structure that is represented like this:

{
      'question_id': 1,
       'is_required': False,
       'question_text': [
            {
                'id': 1,
                'percentage': 50,
                'text': [
                    {'en': 'Some text here'},
                    {'es': 'Mucho text here'},
                ],
            },
            {
                'id': 2,
                'percentage': 50,
                'text': [
                    {'en': 'More text here'},
                    {'es': 'Mas text here'},
                ],
            }
        ],
}

and I want to store this in the database so I can say "Give me this question with all it's text variations for a specific language. What would be a good way to store this?
