I tried sql manager, but I do not have administrator rights so it will not install – forX Oct 26 '11 at 15:47

There are a couple of web based tools, but last I looked at them they were pretty old and feature incomplete. You really should be using the SQL Server Management tool that comes with SQL Server. There is a downloadable version that can be installed, but you will need admin rights to install it on your machine.

There is no cost to installing SQL Server Management Studio on your computers, so there is no license to worry about purchasing.

yeah but I dont have admin rights on my computer and will never have. Thats why I need something else. I can also not use remote desktop or software like teamviewer, they'r lock or prohibited. – forX Oct 26 '11 at 16:41
Are you trying to get something so that you can use it from home when VPNed in? – mrdenny Oct 26 '11 at 16:47
no, I want to found a software that some of my colleague can have on their pc and manage the database. but they cant install software like sql manager because they dont have admin right. – forX Oct 26 '11 at 17:44
As far as I know nothing like that exists. They will need to have someone with admin rights install the SQL Server Management Studio. – mrdenny Oct 26 '11 at 18:24
I found this, I will try when I got my sql db, seem interesting – forX Oct 26 '11 at 20:35

I'm using SQL Database Studio. I have installed it on a machine with admin rights, then went to the Program Files/SQL Database Studio copied folder to the flash disk and it's working very well. The size of installed software is around 15MB I think.

I agree with the accepted answer there: LinqPad which is small and portable (you can use SQL instead LINQ, no worries).
