@Marian We were forced to contend with a database design championed by a senior member. We couldn't convince them that more than one PK was a bad idea until the next version.

Wonderfully simple. Set the offending database from full recovery to simple recovery (its a development database). performed the normal backup maintenance plan. Used Tasks-> Shink-> File. switch from Data to Log, and released the unused space.
