Simplify and optimize a complex query "The answer to that is that you either have to try to make more "intelligent" estimates of your hardcoded number 100" I'm not sure what you mean by that. I only want 100 results back, so the limit is 100. Also, we are using InnoDB. I tried using unions instead of the OR predicates, but it didn't help performance. |
