comment Passing filter params to a sub query
do you want to change the parameters of the view on demand? What you have will create a view which does not change unless the underlying data is changed. If you want to adjust the parameters then a cursor would do. Please clarify what you want to do, what is the problem you want to solve?

comment Tune Performance by putting large tables into the KEEP Pool
I think you would get more success by optimizing the queries than putting tables in memory

comment TNSNAMES.ORA is located in Windows 2012 Server
Could be a lot of places depending on whether the install was standard or custom. Windows search will find how many versions you have

comment Do data types go into a Relational Data Model (RDM)?
Most people like the lines between tables to not cross. takes more work but even a large diagram can be a thing of beauty if you take the time.

comment Oracle: Create a hidden user for RMAN backups only
You should ask a new question about how to do RMAN backups complete with the details of what storage you have available to back up, how big is the database, what is the expectation for loss of data (ie unwilling to loose more than an hour of data entry implies taking backup and moving logs off the server every hour)

comment how to prevent any update to my database before a exp operation?
well you could do that for every user except SYS, SYSDBA but then existing sessions would still continue to run and someone could still log on who was in the ORA_DBA group (windows OS) and connect as sys, and jobs would still run..

comment migration of oracle xe 10 to xe 11 fails with wrong paths used in the import
I don't suppose just exporting or datapumping the schemas you are interested in rather than a full export will work?
