Passing array parameters to a stored procedure This looks pretty consistent with other TVP examples I've seen. In playing with these techniques myself, I've found the XML solution to make a lot of sense if you've already got data in XML format in your application; otherwise, the TVP solution is very clean and fast. |

Estimate large database size and speed It's certainly true that there's no substitute for a "real" test, but I'm guessing that at this point, "go try it" is effectively the same as "I don't know." It seems like there should be a way to get in the right ballpark with an answer -- how about asking if anyone's got experience with 10^9 records in a MySql table? |

Passing array parameters to a stored procedure Sorry - yeah, I actually found that link after I started with the one Marian pointed out. What a windfall of info there! And Marian, you're right, I don't know that there's anything else that could really be added to that work. |

Does SQL Server Compact Edition 4 finally support Views? I'm also not able to create views on a CE database using VS2010. |

Passing array parameters to a stored procedure Ok, I almost hate to select a link as the answer, but that's an absolute killer link. That's more detail than I'd hoped for. Thanks! |
