comment Making sense of INNODB buffer pool stats
The young-making rate of 0 / 1000 tells you that of the data pages for the queries you are running are not only all fit into the cache, they fit into the smaller (3/8) size of the young cache. That is, the queries are not using enough data to age some of the pages into the large not-young cache.

comment Mysql suddenly stopped after is said to be crashed
The /var/log file provided shows your system rebooting about 3 hour before the database comes back up. Did your system crash? Did you reboot it because of applying updates? At a guess I'd say the system shutdown before the reboot was not done cleanly. Hence the crash start to the database.

comment MySQL slave stuck in “Reading event from the relay log”?
It looks very much like you are being affected by the bug you mention in your writeup. The bug is closed, but only be cause they think the bug isn't a replication problem but in the optimizer.

comment How to get non repeat results
Select distinct * will filter rows only if all the values in each row returned by the query are identical. If you want to get only the fields from default_tb_persona, you need to replace the "*" with the list of column names. If you leave the distinct, that should remove the duplicates from the list of columns.

comment Problem with order by in MySQL subquery
Have you tried this with an index tester (buyer_id, date_sold, seller_id)? The reason I'm asking is the subquery runs better if the join column is the first column of the index. And I don't remember (it depends upon mysql version) if the order by is smart enough to use the second column in the index.

comment Problem with order by in MySQL subquery
Does the tester index include date_sold as the first column? if not, MySQL will pull all the rows of the SALE table into a temporary table to order them. And it will repeat that for all 14933 rows of the primary query.

comment Avoiding performance hit from GROUP BY during FULLTEXT search?
MariaDB uses a storage engine called Aria for the internal temporary tables. I've seen some posts indicate that for some queries it may not be as fast as MyISAM used by stock MySQL. But that depends upon your version of MariaDB and the schema you are using: kb.askmonty.org/en/benchmarking-aria
