Yes I understood your point. But question is why should we need to increase the log_file_size if the data of blob datatype increases. Also, it is recommended to limit the log_file_size to be less than 4 GB as the log file is using while crash recovery. Please let me know if there is any work around for not increasing log file size even if blob data increases.

If size of blob table increases to 100 GB, should I need to crease my log file size to 10 GB. Now this is staging databases, once after migrating the same to production, I can't stop MySQL service. In that case, what should I do?

If you can't do all cleanup of insert/update statements, there is a way which is a little bit costlier. If you are using MySQL 5.1 or above, create an event with Delete/Truncate table and schedule the event in your required Time interval.
