@RickJames, I'm trying to improve the security too. It was developed shitty before me, also the manager insists on "choose the shortest way the finish the job" as always, so I leave some points as it is, then some bad thing happens and I tell him why, only then I get permission to improve. Yes, because of this I'm going to leave as soon as possible.

It happened again. I had to start it from mysqld-bin.000139 now. I've counted (COUNT(ID)) rows in few critical tables and they matched exactly with the replication server. I know it is not very healthy method but at least there is daily backups and I think if there is missing data in the replication, it will throw error in near future.

What I mean is that although you can see your inserted data in the tables InnoDB can roll few days back if the database is closed.
