MySQL 3.23.58 was the last release of MySQL 3 and was never upgraded.

Your version (3.23.56) still had an issue with improper locking and binlogging during a DELETE FROM tbl with no WHEREWHERE clause : Bug #169 DELETE: DELETE FROM t; does not lock 't' enough, causes bad order in binlog. It required a patch to get around it.

You should upgrade from 3.23.56 ASAP

There are no reposI did find one repo with MySQL 3.23.58.

Still, you need to abandon MySQL 3.23.58x. Go to MariaDB for the latest MySQL repos.
