have you checked the actual data in the table vs the stats? Try something like SELECT OfferID, COUNT(*) FROM MyTABLE Where Offerstatus = 0 GROUP BY OfferID and see how it lines up with the stats you have

I don't know of an automated way to do this but you can pretty easily check the stats and kick off a rebuild as needed. Since you can rebuild online and filtered indexes are smaller anyways, it probably won't hurt too much to just rebuild it on an interval. | |
