Convert Decimal How to convert decimal number to IP Address in oracleaddress?

I am new to Oracle database I need a function or query to convert Decimala decimal number to ann IP Addressaddress.

Example:PresentPresently my ip_addressip_address column looks like below

select ip_address from test_ip;this:

select  ip_address from test_ip;

    ip_address

     173015430
     173015318
     927815779

I need the result like below

select ip_address from test_ip;this:

         ip_address
        10.80.1.134
        10.80.1.22
        55.77.88.99

I can be able to do this in MySQL by using INET_NTOA function. Same thingHow can I wantaccomplish this in Oracle database.

Please help.?

I can be able to do in MySQL by using INET_NTOA function. Same thing I want in Oracle database.
