Oct 19, 2016 at 6:09 comment added Muton Thanks! Capitalization works as you described. Setting the collation when creating the database, however, does not work. I get the same error I get from initdb: ERROR: invalid locale name: "English_United States.UTF8". The pg_collation catalog only has "default", "C" and "POSIX".
