Author of orchestrator here: orchestrator is a HA tool, in that it will fix the underlying topology for you. You will need to use hooks to run your own corollary scripts (e.g. setting DNS, informing service discovery). orchestrator will provide with excellent failure detection, anti-flapping, acknowledgements and more.
