Polls Database whit Poll table with multiple question types

I'm trying to designdesigning a database for a poll system. The questions

Questions can be one of two types,: a numerical rating (1-5) or a voice record. 

My idea is to have questions with a typetype field to specify if it's a selectionnumeric rating or an audio question, and. I'd have two fields, responseresponse to store the numeric answers and audio_idaudio_id to link to another table that can store the audio files. But
