I can't imagine how inserting into a temp table would be related to anything waiting on HADR (presumably the Availability Group in use). But idk, my knowledge of AGs is limited too 🤷♂️. | |

It'd be interesting to get a dump and see what the thread is trying to do. The wait type was HADR_CLUSAPI_CALL but none of those views seem as though they'd reach out to the cluster. If it's in that wait type, then it's preemptive, which is why it most likely isn't responding because it's not under the purview of a scheduler at the moment.
