sql server Reduce space inused on C drive

I have installed sql serverSQL Server 2008 r2 inR2 on my laptop, in whichunder 32-bit Windows 7 with 32 bit OS is installed,.

My question is :The SQL SERVER 2008 r2Server installation is covering approx. 30 GB spaceusing approximately 30GB of space on my CC: drive,. Why is it coveredusing so much space & How, and how can iI reduce it?
