Right click the .mdf and .ldf file, one at a time and click 'properties', then at the bottom where it says ' this file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer ' click unblock button. It should work then.

Then right click, -> properties, -> security tab -> edit button and select 'users' and give full control permission.
