Good Afternoon, I am working with the Brent Ozar tools on an Azure SQL Server Managed Instance. Once of the things that came up when I ran the sp_Blitz procedure was that I had several databases that were flagged as

'Transaction Log Larger than Data File'.

In the notes it indicates that a backup hasn't been done or isn't happening often enough. Since this is a managed instance, I don't control the backup timing or frequency. I also used a query that I found on the blitz site to look for old transactions that havent been closed, but didn't find anthing there either.

Since this is a managed instances, is this something I actually need to worry about? I am also getting a slow read/write speed on one of the drives that the managed instance is using, are these related?
