A report application generates lots of temp files in RDS aurora postgresql. Temp files loggings shows average 20G files being generated for each query execution. But the query execution not taking much time.

As per my understanding, once the execution has completed the 20G storage should be freed and used by another query process. But it looks, its piling up.

How to remove removes temp files once the user got the result or do we need to tweak any settings to do that.?

After sometime I am getting crashed due to LocalStorage space issue.

I am very confused here, how to see the LocalStorage space (Max, Used, Free) in RDS aurora postgresql?
