I have a customer that needs to make a testing restore of its Oracle 11.02g database. The destination host is not the source host (so the structures of directories may not be the same). They use control file instead of RMAN catalog. What must be the considerations for doing this restore? The backups are done using Dell EMC NetWorker. Thank you in advance.
