When I login with SQL*Plus, without executing a command, I always get the following error:

$ sqlplus db_user/db_pass@localhost/XE

SQL*Plus: Release 18.0.0.0.0 - Production on Wed Aug 7 10:33:03 2019

SP2-0310: unable to open file "LOGIN.SQL"

After this, the prompt is ready to take commands and everything else works well otherwise, but how can I remove that error prompt? What is it trying to execute and why does it look for a LOGIN.SQL file?
