Say I create a create a table with an identity, and before inserting any records, perform a reseed.

create table dbo.mytest(x bigint identity(1,1), y char(1))
DBCC CHECKIDENT ( 'mytest', RESEED, 2200000000 )

Doing these show the old value of 1

sp_help 'mytest'

select object_name(object_id) as obj_name, name AS column_name, seed_value
from sys.identity_columns where object_name(object_id) = 'mytest'

Only this shows the reseeded value

select IDENT_CURRENT( 'mytest' )

Is that a bug? I'm using SQL Server 2017 CU15.
