We have been downloading data from our vendor for over ten years over the Internet through an encrypted connection enabled by an Oracle Wallet. The self-signed certificate expired, so the vendor sent me a cert which I imported into the Oracle Wallet.

The person who set up the Oracle Wallet 10 years ago has moved on and neither the vendor nor I completely understand the technology.

A TNSPing results in a TNS-12560: TNS Protocol Adapter Error

I enabled tracing and found the following errors:

ntzdosecneg: SSL handshake failed with error 29024.

ntzCreateConnection: failed with error 542

nsopen: unable to open transport

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
