The basic structure of my data is:

(a:Crosspost {name:'test'})-[t:TAGGED {upvotes:3}]->(b:Tag {name:'testtag'})

and every Crosspost is TAGGED with multiple Tags. If the user thinks the Tag is accurate they can upvote that Tag. All I want to do is return the top 3 (or fewer) most highly upvoted Tags for every Crosspost. In an ideal world I'd just iterate through each Crosspost node, then iterate through each relationship for each node, and return the top 3 Tags for each Crosspost.

Is it even possible to do this with a single database call? I understand that cypher isn't a great tool and often requires hacky workarounds...
