I have been making attempts at installing MS SQL Server 2016 SP2 on my Windows 10 physical machine. Installation keeps failing with the following exit code: 2068119551, saying that it "attempted to perform an unauthorized operation".

I tried it using the firewall, windows defender turned off. Still no luck.
