Below is a T-SQL example from the documentation:
ALTER DATABASE database_name
SET FILESTREAM ( NON_TRANSACTED_ACCESS = FULL, DIRECTORY_NAME = N'directory_name' );
Note the database must be locked exclusively for this operation.
