basically what this guy did here:

Combine multiple row's records in one row with MS Access Query?

but in such a way where its from:

Case Number / Insurance

00001 / BCBS

00001 / Medicaid

00002 / Medicare

00003 / Aetna

00003 / Amerigroup

00003 / BCBS

to this:

Case Number / Insurance 1 / Insurance 2 / Insurance 3

00001 / BCBS / Medicaid /

00002 / Medicare / /

00003 / Aetna / Amerigroup / BCBS

so the Information is in different cells instead of being in the same cell separated by a comma.
