Allocated 52 GB memory as min and max for SQL Instance

Observed page life expectancy counter value and plan cache fluctuating frequently

By Running, sp_BlitzCache got the below details

1 Plan Cache Information You have 27446 total plans in your cache, with 100.00% plans created in the past 24 hours, 100.00% created in the past 4 hours, and 84.00% created in the past 1 hour. If these percentages are high, it may be a sign of memory pressure or plan cache instability. 999

For sure we need more details to answer your question. But Allocated 52 GB memory as min and max for SQL Instance this is not a good configuration choice unless tested. Let max server be 52 and min server be 1 GB
