SQL Server 2019 patched a couple months ago. As of this morning my transactional replication is very far behind in latency. The distributor is on the replication box.

What I've ruled out:

  1. resource issues
  2. blocking
  3. long running queries
  4. high vlfs
  5. the counters from sp_replcounters look good, leading me to believe the issue is in the replication DB

Where do I go from here?
