Wildcard in CREATE grant in MySQL
Yes. Just add the CREATE privilege:
GRANT CREATE ON `foobar%`.* TO 'foobaruser'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'foobarpass';
And just test it:
foobaruser$ mysql
mysql> create database `foobar_one`;
Query OK, 1 …
