Well, if I remove the join and run foi.fk_dim_order_item_status in (12,43,53 ...) with the IDs that satisfy dois.is_reserved = 1 , I receive the same slow results.

What happens if you compare is_reserved correctly with a number? where dois.is_reserved = 1
