I have 2017 and 2022 versions of mssql. I want to move indexes between filegroups without definition of keys, just by alter index .. rebuild on filegroup command. Why MS still doesnt make it? It is very obvious and convenient.

1I appreciate you asking this separately and not as an answer to an existing question, but it's simply off-topic for us. No one here can reasonably tell you why Microsoft have not chosen to implement the syntax you would prefer to perform this task.
